Natural Gas

In addition to selling Electricity, PALMco sells Natural Gas in numerous markets in a few states. We strive to satisfy customers with our personal approach to business. Customers are not just numbers to us, they are people who live and work in the community. We want to make sure they are comfortable.

It is the goal of deregulation of the energy market to give customers a choice in where they buy their energy. It is also the goal to lower energy costs by having competition as opposed to having no choice but the monopoly utility. Tens of Thousands of people throughout the country have already switched their Electricity supply to an alternate supplier.

• To answer your question before it is asked, NO, the Utility will not be mad that you are changing companies.
• The reason the Utility will not be mad at you is because you still are a customer of the Utility.

Here is the explanation. There are two charges to your Natural Gas bill, one is the Delivery / Transmission charge, and the other is the Supply charge. The Utility used to charge for both, but could not profit on the supply. Now, the Utility will continue to read the meter, and bill you for the Delivery charge, but PALMco will bill you for the Supply charge instead of the Utility.

Be assured that in the event of an emergency, the Utility will still respond in the same manner as they always have! Safety is most important to the Utility as it is to PALMco.
